for those who have been answering my last question on the flexplate problem, l have a 225 slant six, one barrel, 904 A/T and the casting # on the side of the block (2463430) says it is a 225 from 1966. l bought the /6 on eBay and a second one that turned out to be worthless from a junkyard; neither of them had the flexplate. l also bought the trannie off eBay, had it sent to Ft. Dodge, IA and it too did not have a flexplate with it.

The crank shows to fit 225 engine only. That may be because of balancing but since your having problems stick with that. Fits 64-67 Dart/Valiant, 65-67 Barracuda and fullsize Dodge/Plymouth cars. Torque converters are the same on these models as well so if your part info is correct get one of one of these models will fit. To answer your last question a stick has a regular flywheel and does not use a flex plate. Hope this helps.

This is the first question I've seen about your Barracuda, what is the problem with your flexplate? It appears you would like to acquire one but cannot locate a source.

l have a stack of flexplates in the shop but none for a slant or small block, when l was working for autozone we had the following listed for a 66 barracuda 225 with 904 for the 11 inch bolt circle part # FRA-413 price was 19.99 for the 10 inch bolt circle part# FRA-302 price was 9.99 they both took a day to get. go to autozone .com look up under drivetrian, sublist-flywheel this gives pics also. hope this can help you.
