under the passenger side dash ther r 3 8mm scres that hold the resistor in. make sure to take the connector off first. there is a red lock that has to be pushed over to the side first then press the release & pull. (Some have the red lock some don't) Your biggest problem will be that if it has not been replaced in the passed 3 or so years the new resistor (if u got it from the dealer) has a thick ceramic coating on it that the original does not, & it WILL NOT FIT into the HVAC housing. u will have to use a file or something similiar to slightly widen the opening to where the new one will fit. hope this helps
