'89 Eagle.Most cars have them easily seen on the firewall. Where is the Eagle's?? And the computer???

See where the wipers are? Take a look thru the cover it can be located in the interior, fire wall, but under the dashboard panel

For the wiper motor, many r located under the cowl screen (or grille).

The cowl screen/grille is the piece that is under the windshield, where the wiper arms attach.

There will usually be some screws or clips that hold that in place, & u will usually have to remove the wiper arms from their pivots to get it off.

The computer is probably inside the vehicle on that one. Some of those were under the console, some under the dash, some in the kick panel (panel in front of the doors).
