l am applying for a job at chrysler and My GPA from Wayne State is 2.8, the job requires a 3.0, but l went to aother college before hand and got a 3.4 there, l know at some schools and jobs they re-evaluate GPA is to make it fair, does anyone know if Chrysler does that? l mean it only seems fair, if someone transferred in their last yr at a college and got a 3.0 and and got a lower GPA at their prevous college it wouldnt really be represeniive of their full 4 yr college GPA.

Nope, it is going to be the school where you got your degree. Previous schools do not count.

l work for one of the other Big Three but our practices are all the same for recruiting people straight out of college.

After several years' experience, everything is relative. l got hired with 11 years experience and a 2.7.
