I am having difficulty downloading pictures from my camera (olympus stylus 770). I've also tried using a card reader, but the screen keeps saying there is no data on the device.?? Any ideas?

call your dealer, they have been trained on this (i have too,but dont remember what they said)

Did u read ur owners manual? This typically solves 99% of all questions about how things work in a new vehicle.

l would disagree about the dealership being trained on this matter. l am a 5 yr certified Chrysler sales professional at the 2nd largest dealership in the country & l have received no training on MyGig, relating to THIS particular issue. l know how to teach the customer the basic to intermediate functions of the system so they know how to use it. Anything more advanced, such as downloading ur pictures, is not something l should be expected to know. Each person has a different camera with different funtions, u know?

Read ur camera & car owners manuals. l can assure u if u brought ur car to my dealership, there would be no one here who could help u with THIS issue.

l found the USB port in my car with MYGIG to be very selective in its ability to read information. For example, in trying to upload mp3 files, l tried 4 devices before finding one that the system would recognize. First l tried a USB HD. It did not work, then three USB card readers with a CF card. The last reader was able to communicate with the car is HD. l had the same memory card loaded into each of them. Its a good thing it finally worked as l had no other devices to try it with.
